On EU the only "real" RP server left is Argent Dawn, the rest are either dead or are RP realms only in name. It's majority Alliance but plenty of Horde stuff too. There’s an entire phase of catch up raid coming in a few months. If you start now, you can get to max level and make some gold of do some P1 and P2 content until P4 hits.
